Q:Does it have a Quill Lock at different depths?
A:There is not a "Quill Lock." However, there is an excellent and easily adjustable depth gauge.

Q:What is the country of manufacture.
A:My drill press is stamped "Made in China," which was a little disappointing since the other Powermatic tools I have were at least made in the free country of Taiwan rather than the PRC. Still it seems to be a quality machine.
