I ordered a table saw. Order was delivered quickly with no-cost basic delivery option. One of the blades were dented on arrival. One phone call resulted in shipment of a replacement blade. Ideally, an on-line transaction goes without a hitch, but the test of a retailer is how well it fixes something that goes wrong. CPO Powermatic met this standard well. I will not hesitate to order from CPO in the future.
