I have about 10 of these in my system. I started making my own and found it to be too much hassle. The only issue is these can clog in the corners with dust over time, so I cut small notches to let the dust fall through.

I added a couple of these to a dust collection manifold I built that split to two lines. These are so inexpensive, yet work great between rigid or flex hose (properly mounted, of course). They work great.
